The Bahamas Swimming Federation ('BSF') is responsible for the development, promotion and control of Swimming, Diving, Synchronized Swimming, Water Polo, Open Water Swimming and Masters Swimming in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

The BSF is a member of Federation Internationale de Natation ('FINA'); the Amateur Swimming Union of the Americas ('ASUA'); the Confederation de Centro Americana y del Caribe del la Aficionados de Natacion ('CCCAN'); and the Bahamas Olympic Association ('BOA').
