Friendly, knowledgeable staff with high quality products for hair and spa treatments. An excellent choice for all your spa, salon and nail needs.

I absolutely recommend you you visit WAVES or ISLAND HOUSE instead of Windermere. I recently had a horrible experience with an extremely rude member of staff at at Windermere and management handled it very poorly, especially considering I've been a client for over 12 years. In fact, the behaviour of the staff member, and the lack of response from the management has compelled me to find a new spa. You don't spend $1000's of dollars somewhere to be treated that poorly. Try WAVES.

I go to Windermere every so often for different treatments and I'm impressed by how well they are run. You can go somewhere like the spa at Atlantis, but you may end up paying double.
