Horrible School

This school is the worst institution I have ever attended both local and internationally. Like the person said I would not recommend them to a dog From what I've experienced they don't want students to bother them. You send them emails, calls, and they do not respond! When you go to there office you are waiting over an hour just to ask one question or hand in something. The phone rings all day. They had hired a girl who was there answering the phone and she knows nothing. Asking her anything is pointless because she can only take messages. They have 2-3 people as adminstrators in the office and they are SLOWWWW. The securitys barely know what's going on because they are on they're phones. They are a headache to deal with. The first semester they left a grade of my final report. I had to run behind them for everything they as an institution was supposed to provide to me. If you are a last minute person who goes with the wind, and you aren?t that serious but want to say you are in school getting your "education" I'd say go to Southern College. I am fed up. I went there on a recommendation from a friend and being impressed by the setup of the classes. Don't let that fool you. Don't be fooled by the clean office once you start with the university you will see the flaws. Professors that come late to class and I mean 45 mins-1 hr late. Some are unprepared and the beginning of the semesters is the most unorganized and unprofessional form of business I've ever experienced from an institution. Honestly, they run like a government office. I did not enjoy my experience and now I'm trying to get a transcript that I'm sure will be forever to get. After my experience my friend herself is not returning. They're website show they are opened on Friday between 9-12. When you go to their office between those hours, no one is there. These people are joking and I won't get started on the ridiculous amount of UNNECESSARY courses they have you take. One semester I paid for registration and the next semester I don't. Even though you must register every semester. Almost like they choose when to give a payment or not. My first semester, I had a grade left of my report and had to return back to them, very inconvenient when they are located in a heavy traffic area.

Horrible service

Been here to request a transcript and it's like you are waiting for eternity. Then you pay outrageous prices for classes that are never running or the teacher is never on time. The people are rude, unprofessional and very incovenient. I would not recommend going here for school no matter wat! Its like no one works in the office or they are too busy to help you. Everytime you look prices are getting higher and higher and yet the service sucks!!!!!! Wouldnt tell my DOG to go here. Such horrible service and always an inconvenience.
