The fellowship endeavors to cultivate and produce men and women full of the Holy Spirit and the wisdom of God. Membership into World Outreach Christian Center is a free will choice of each individual.

Statement of Purpose: World Outreach Christian Center and Ministries is a multifaceted non-denominational Full Gospel Ministry established to serve the whole man. In light of this, we are endeavoring to bring the message of Salvation, Healing and Deliverance to our nation and to foreign countries in obedience to the Great Commission.

This ministry encompasses a network of ministries designed to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the medium of Church Fellowships Crusades, Revivals, Conferences, Seminars, Television and Radio Production.
