Bahamas Academy is a Seventh-day Adventist Institution. It is owned and operated by the Bahamas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists with headquarters on Tonique Williams Darling Highway, Nassau.
It is governed by a School Board with Pastor Leonard Johnson (Conference president) as Chairperson and Dr. Cheryl Rolle (Education Director of the Conference) and Secretary of the Board.
The school has three divisions:
1. High School Division (Grades 7 to 12)
2. Elementary School Division (Grades 1 to 6)
3. Early Learning Center (Grades K2 to K5)
