Poor conveyancing & title searches
I used this firm to purchase some land in 2005. I am in the process of selling the land and have just been told that the title is not clear. It seemed a trivial matter for the attorney I am using for the sale to turn up the title issues, so I am perturbed as to why Lincoln Bethel was not able to during the original sale. Moreover, I have since asked for him to forward the deeds, which another solicitor who used to work at the firm has told me that he has on file, but he has not responded to my queries. Why be evasive. At best this seems very unprofessional, at worst .....
