SO much trouble for a Bracelet

Sam waited on my husband and I and we were shopping for a bracelet. The selection was very nice and the store well appointed. Sam knew his stuff..diamonds etc was not pushy. The bracelet that we bought has been a big hassle...I have had to send it in twice..once it broke, the second for a new clasp and now its BROKEN again...its an expensive diamond piece and I have been in touch with the NY office...and now I plan to ask for a credit on our card....IF this does not happen I will contact my credit card and file a dispute. Items that cost this much should be better made. I am not a novice at jewelry..we have bought in the Bahamas before, this was just not a well made piece. Too bad, its a great little store....

Beware

I recently visited the Park Lane jewelry sore In Marina Village on Paradise Island. I bought a bracelet that was represented to be black diamonds. On return to the US, I reviewed the manufacturers website and found it was actually spinels - a much less expensive material.
