HBO Latin America announced the debut of four hit movies on its Caribbean lineup, premiering every Saturday in June at 21:00hrs AST*.

42 (Saturday, June 7, 21:00hrs AST*) tells the life story of Jackie Robinson and his history-making signing with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947, making him the first African-American player in Major League Baseball in a time of racial segregation. Written and directed by Brian Helgeland, 42 stars Chadwick Boseman as Robinson and Harrison Ford as Branch Rickey, the team executive who guided Robinson.

In the family comedy sequel SMURFS 2 (Saturday, June 14, 21:00hrs AST*), directed by Raja Gosnell, the Smurfs return and team up with their human friends to rescue Smurfette – she has been kidnapped by Gargamel since she knows a secret spell that can turn the evil sorcerer's newest creation—creatures called the Naughties—into real Smurfs. The movie stars Neil Patrick Harris, Katy Perry, Jayma Mayes and Hank Azaria as the voices of the Smurfs, with Christina Ricci and J. B. Smoove as Naughties.

Six friends are trapped in a house after a series of strange and catastrophic events devastate Los Angeles in THIS IS THE END (Saturday, June 21, 21:00hrs AST*). As the world unravels outside, dwindling supplies and cabin fever threaten to tear apart the friendship inside. Eventually, they are forced to leave the house, facing their fate and the true meaning of friendship and redemption. The comedy stars James Franco, Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, Michael Cera, Craig Robinson and Emma Watson, and is written and directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg.

The American war film RED TAILS (Saturday, June 28, 21:00hrs AST*) takes place in Italy in 1944 during World War II. A brave crew of African-American pilots, known as the Tuskegee Airmen, is finally given the chance to prove themselves in the middle of the war, while they still face discrimination on the ground. Directed by Anthony Hemingway, the film stars Terrence Howard and Cuba Gooding Jr.
