This year "Join Me on the Bridge" has added an art competition, in addition to its 2nd annual essay contest, in the hopes of inspiring young women to celebrate, explore and reflect on women's achievements, rights and equality.

One winner in each competition will receive the grand prize of $100 Cash each. The winners will also be included in the 5th annual "Join Me on the Bridge" opening ceremony, to be held at the Garden of the Groves, Saturday March 8th at 3 p.m., where their winning art will be displayed and they will read their winning essay.
