star Ryan Knowles is by all accounts a rookie in an industry dominated
by seasoned veterans. The 23-year-old who recently made the transition
to fulltime sales after a three year apprenticeship under real estate
golden boy Mario Carey made the biggest sale of his career, a substantial
sale by any measure -- a seven-unit, beachfront condo complex in the
Love Beach area valued at $7 million.
