A Supreme Court judge on Friday set a trial date two years from now for three inmates accused of murdering a prison guard during an escape in 2006.
Barry Parcoi, Forrester Bowe Jr. and Corey Hepburn made a brief court appearance before Senior Justice Jon Isaacs to receive a trial date.
They will be tried on November 20, 2015 over the stabbing death of Corporal Dion Bowles during a prison break on January 17, 2006.
A coroner's jury that investigated the circumstances of Bowles' death recommended that the men face murder charges.
The men are also accused of injuring guards Kenneth Sweeting and David Armbrister during the prison break.
A fourth man, murder convict Neil Brown, was shot dead during his capture.
Brown was convicted of the 2000 murder of Anglican Archdeacon William Thompson.
Jairam Mangra appears for Parcoi, Monique Gomez appears for Hepburn and Simeon Brown appears for Bowe.
The men remain on remand at Her Majesty's Prisons.
