Nassau, Bahamas - Pamela Sawyer, assistant manager in the Ministry of Tourism's Human Resources Unit, is Bahamas Human Resources Development Association's Human Resources Manager of the year.   BHDRA gave the award for "exceptional performance, commitment and visionary leadership as an HR professional."
