A
critical 1.2-mile link between JFK Boulevard and Cable Beach opened today in
classic ceremonial fashion with a wave of two checkered flags and the entry of iconic
race cars gathered in Nassau for Bahamas Speed Week Revival 2012 becoming the
first to use the new thoroughfare.

The new 4-lane thoroughfare
currently known as Corridor 7, provides a north-south link between JFK
Boulevard at the intersection of Gladstone Road and Baha Mar Boulevard...
