Nassau, Bahamas - Yesterday Saturday 17th of November the Bahamas Football Association added a new dimension, officially, to its national program. The facility located just west of the western most Paradise Island Bridge now named the Sidney Poitier Bridge was officially opened yesterday by the Minister of Sports, Youth and Culture Danny Johnston. The Malcolm Park Beach and Futsal Facility had its first national game where the Bahamas played Jamaica. The Bahamas played very well and held Jamaica to a tie 5-5 at the final whistle.
Extra time was played and Jamaica managed to get another goal and beat the Bahamas 6-5..
