Notice is hereby given that the above-named Company is in dissolution, commencing on the 5th day of September A.D. 2012. Articles of Dissolution have been duly registered by the Registrar. The Liquidator is Allison Kelly of P.O. Box N-1576, Nassau, Bahamas. All persons having Claims against the above-named Company are required on or before the 27th day of September A.D. 2012. to send their names and address and particulars of their debts of default thereof they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
