The Supreme Court's ruling on the litigation brought against the Bahamas Electricity Corporation's (BEC) $105 million Wilson City power plant has left Bahamians seeking to bring Judicial Review proceedings against government actions in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" and "Catch 22" position, a leading attorney told Tribune Business yesterday.
