The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture has turned over the facility at the entrance of the Blue Hill Complex(from the Blue Hill Roada area)to the Amateur Boxing Federation of The Bahamas. It is to be the national home of the sport and ABFB President Wellington Miller will orchestrate the structure of the operational program.
He is of the view that the presence of what he calls"our first real national boxing home"will foster further growth and development of the sport.
"National Coach Andre Seymour will be based there but we welcome the rest of the country's boxing family so that we can find ways to work together to project the sport of boxing ...
