Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 138(4) of The International Business Companies Act, 2000 that the above Company commenced dissolution procedures on the 12 July, 2012 and that Mr. Mariusz Jachimowicz of Howald, Luxembourg has been appointed the Liquidator thereof.
