Notice: Proposal to Change a Ship's Name
The Director of Maritime Affairs for the Commonwealth of The Bahamas hereby gives notice that in consequence of the owner's personal choice, application has been received under Section 42 of the Merchant Shipping Act, chapter 268 in respect of the ship "U-Sea Wollongong" Official Number 8001843 Gross Tonnage 33894 Register Tonage 20020 owned by Libero Panama, S.A. with its principal place of business at Comosa Building, 9th Floor, Samuel Lewis and Manuel M. Ycaza Avenues, Panama City, Republic of Panama for permission to change her name to "Ultra Wollongong" registered in the port of Nassau in the said new name as owned by Libero Panama, S.A.
Any objection to the proposed change of name must be sent to the Director of Maritime Affairs, P.O. Box N-4679, Nassau, N.P. Bahamas within seven days from the appearance of this notice. Dated at Nassau this 29th Day of May, 2012.
