Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claim of demand against the above Estate are required to send that same duly certified in writing to the undersigned on or before the 19th day of July, 2012, after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice. And Notice is hereby also given that all persons indebted to the said Estate are requested to make full settlement on or before the date hereinbefore mentioned.
