Notice is Hereby Given as Follows:
a) Elite Limited, is in voluntary dissolution under the provision of Section 138 (4) of the internationally Business Company 2000.
b) The dissolution of the said company commenced on the 22nd of March 2012 when the Articles of Dissolution were submitted to and registered by the Registrar General.
c) The Liquidator of the said company is Amber Nominees Limited, Unit 6, Caves Professional Center, West Bay Street and Blake Road, Nassau, Bahamas.
