BOLIVIA - The Secretary General of the Organization of American States, (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, closed the Bolivian National Talent and Innovation Competition (TIC Bolivia) at a ceremony announcing the winners of this project, which promotes and awards young Bolivian entrepreneurs and their business initiatives. At this event preceding the OAS General Assembly session, held at the Hotel La Colonia in Cochabamba, the Secretary General pointed to the creativity of the young participants. He said "this type of activity is what truly makes our countries develop and do so in a sustainable way."
