MINISTRY OF WORKS & TRANSPORT
MORNING TRAFFIC REPORT for Thursday 24th MAY 2012

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to advise motorists of the following traffic schemes:

• Duke Street between Market Street and Baillou Hill Road will be closed for one day today May 24th to allow milling activity. Motorists are asked to use School Lane as an alternative route.

• Fox Hill Road South between Prince Charles Drive and Sandilands Village Road is now closed to allow installation of future ducts and connection of a water pipe on Prince Charles Drive. The closure is expected to last one (1) week. During the closure Prince Charles Drive will remain open. Northbound motorists on Fox Hill Road South should divert through Sea Breeze Lane. Commonwealth Blvd (main entrance to Elizabeth Estates) can also be used as an alternative route.

• Motorists should also note that work will take place on Duke Street over the Whit Monday holiday weekend (Saturday May 26th through Monday May 28th). Motorists are asked to follow posted diversion signs.

As usual local access to businesses and residents will be granted in all areas of work.
