Man shot during murder victim's funeral

A 25-year-old man was shot during the burial of a murder victim on Saturday.
The incident occurred at the graveside service for Darren Carroll shortly before 4 p.m. at the Lakeview Cemetery at John F. Kennedy Drive and Gladstone Road.
Police did not provide any details about the shooting.

Officers are questioning five men about the shooting of the 25-year-old resident of Yellow Elder, police said yesterday. The unidentified victim is in stable condition at hospital, police said. Carroll, 25, of Englerston was killed in a drive-by shooting on April 5 at Yellow Elder Gardens. Carroll was waiting on a friend outside a residence when a gunman opened fire on him from a car, police said.
His murder remains unsolved.
