CHEQUES totalling $32,000, the proceeds from the 12th Annual Atlantic Medical Fun Walk, were recently handed over to the Cancer Society of the Bahamas and the Diabetic Association of the Bahamas by Atlantic Medical Insurance. Lynda Gibson, Atlantic Medical's executive vice-president and general manager, said: "It's not just a fun walk. To us, it's a representation of Atlantic Medical's commitment and support of the Cancer Society of the Bahamas and the Bahamas Diabetic Association.
