A 25-year-old man charged in connection with the seizure of 92 pounds of marijuana was arraigned in a Magistrate's Court yesterday.

Jason Major of Mars Bay, South Andros, was arraigned before Magistrate Carolita Bethell in Court 8, Bank Lane, yesterday, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to supply. It is alleged that on Thursday, April 29, Major was found in possession of a quantity of marijuana with the intent to supply.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was remanded to Her Majesty's Prison. Major is expected back in court on September 7 for a bail hearing.
