AFTER coming out as one of the top public schools in this year's BGCSE examinations, C V Bethel Senior High School teachers profess success is a multifaceted commitment.
Despite challenges of overcrowding and a strapped budget, the public school noted a 66 per cent increase in the number of overall passes received this year.
