On the heels of a packed VIP official opening ceremony Monday for its new store located in downtown Nassau, BTC officials announced today they will host an Easter celebration Saturday for the general public at the location on Bay and George Streets.
The event - complete with face painters, hourly Easter egg hunts, a DJ, live caricature painter and more - will take place at the company's newest retail location in the BAF Building, across from the British Colonial Hilton.
"This is a busy family time and we wanted to find a way to introduce the public to the store while providing lively entertainment and the chance to win all sorts of prizes," said Marlon Johnson, BTC vice president of brand and communications. Activities will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. along with an hourly Easter egg hunt for free phones, phone cards, candy and other BTC-branded material. "We wanted to make sure there was something for everyone from the mom with the littlest toddler to senior citizens. An exciting draw will be our hourly Easter egg hunt with some very attractive prizes and giveaways beginning at 11 a.m."
The store features the sophisticated design, original artwork, bright colors and wide range of live wireless devices that have become the trademark of the new look and feel of BTC.
