THE Bahamas Baseball Federation continued its trek through the country, taking part in the official opening ceremonies of their affiliated associations and leagues.

Over the weekend, the federation visited Rock Sound, Eleuthera, where the Eleuthera Junior Baseball League got started.

The federation congratulated president Larry Forbes and his executive board as they brought the excitement to Rock Sound Primary School park.

Accompanying the federation was Antoan Richardson, who recently signed with the Baltimore Orioles in Major League Baseball. He encouraged the youngsters as they prepared for the season.
