Nassau, Bahamas - Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating 48 year old IAN BELLAS of YORKSHIRE STREET. Bellas is described as a Caucasian male with medium build and stands at 6' tall.

Police want to question this male in connection with several Fraud matters. The suspect reportedly collected funds to purchase windows; but, failed to produce them.
