THE one reason Christmas is not always jolly for the Thompson family is because Adeline Elizabeth Taylor, otherwise known as Gramma or Aunt Addie, is no longer around.
Ever since her death almost five years ago from complications related to her hypertension, the holidays have been bittersweet for the family, especially given the fact that Aunt Addie's birthday was on Christmas Day. If she were alive today, she would be 98 years old.
