Nassau,The Bahamas - The Ministry of Public Works and Transport advises motorists of
the progress of the New Providence Road Improvement Project.

Baillou Hill Road (south) northbound, between Ameryllius and Independence Drive will be closed as of today (Wednesday) between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. This closure is necessary to facilitate excavation for the installation of water mains and service ducts and will last for one week.

Asphalt works have begun on Robinson Road between Third and First Streets.  By the end of this week traffic should be allowed on the entire route of Robinson Road...
