Freeport, Grand Bahama - Amongst the region's numerous entrants
into the FCCA's Essay Competition annually, it is has become the norm that at
least one of the finalists hails from Grand Bahama, and once again it is true.

Miss
Saida Karamo, a young lady in the 10th grade at Sunland Baptist
Academy was one the finalists this year for the senior division. She was awarded
a cheque of $200 for her achievement.
