Higgs & Johnson partner, Surinder Deal, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of TerraLex, a large global legal network of law firms.

She has also been re-appointed regional vice-vhair for the Caribbean and Central America, and continues as the chair of the meetings.

Ms Deal has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, trust law and corporate and commercial law. She is a member of the Bahamas Bar Association and of the International Bar Association. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

TerraLex has 160 member law firms in 100 countries and 45 US states, and is the one of the largest international legal networks.
