THE murder trial of a man charged with killing a charity worker this year was given a date for a hearing in the Supreme Court on Friday morning.

At the conclusion of 49-year-old Prince Hepburn's arraignment, Senior Justice Jon Isaacs told the accused that his trial would start on Monday, August 27, 2012. It will be heard before the Supreme Court senior justice himself.

Hepburn was charged in April this year with the death of 42-year-old Nellimae Brown.

Brown was found lifeless in the kitchen of an apartment complex at Bougainvillea Blvd, South Beach with multiple stab wounds in her body.
