Sometime ago, I was watching one of the many documentaries on the life of Jesus Christ, this one with the emphasis on His time prior to fully embracing and beginning His ministry.

Now before you cast me aside for using a documentary as the basis for my statement, particularly if the actual statement was not in the Bible, the author of the documentary sought to convey the impression of the struggles and challenges Jesus had in determining whether or not His mission or mandate would best be served from embracing a political platform or through some other means by which national transformation would come.
