SOUTH ABACO MP Edison Key claimed Branville McCartney accepted a $5,000 retainer three years ago to help BAIC collect millions in unpaid debt, but has not yet delivered on his part of the agreement.
Mr Key's accusations followed a heated exchange between Mr McCartney, Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham and several members of Government in the House of Assembly after the Bamboo Town MP chastised the nation's chief for admitting last year that he had not submitted public disclosure forms as required by law.
