GUADALAJARA, Mexico - The Bahamas National Swim Team participating in the XVI Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico has failed to medal thus far, but is putting up a good showing.  

The Bahamas has a five-member swim team participating in the Games, consisting of Ariel Weech, Alicia Lightbourne, McKayla Lightbourne and Alana Dillette.

The lone male competitor is Elvis Vereance Burrows.   Burrows is scheduled to compete in the 50 Metre Freestyle, and will not see action until October 20.
