Funeral Service for the Late Mae Caroline Major, 93 years of Abundant Life Road, and formerly of Long Island, will be held on Sunday September 11th, 11:00 a.m. at Grant's Town Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Baillou Hill Road & Wellington Street. Pastor Peter Joseph assisted by Pastor Craig Williams will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Soldier Road.

Left with precious memories are: Daughter-in-law: Dolly Edgecombe; Sisters: Lois (Dolly) Knowles and Leila Farrington; Sister-in-law: Mavis  Major; Grand-children: Michael, Maurice, Ednal (Crest) and Charisse Edgecombe, John Michael and Raquel Clarke; Great-grandchildren: Sheria Wemyss, Michael , Rashied , Maurice (Doran) and  Marvin Edgecombe, Valentino Minnis, Marcian Thompson, Vantisha Knowles, Nataja Fernander, Shawn and Kyle Turnquest, Tracie Dean, Dominique Taylor; Great-great grandchildren: Tyria, Warren, Timothy, Marcian Jr. and Jaeve; Nieces: Ivy Gibson, Lily Bateman, Florida, Ethel Woods, Meta Bethel, Una Elliott, Brenda Barry, Linda Gayle, Dawn and Sandra Knowles, Cheryl Bowleg, Janice Henfield, Carol Major, Karen Davis, Donna Morrison, Kelsie Clarke, Dorothy Johnson, Gaynell Bullard, Leann Bethel, Gynger Major, Una Kemp, Paulette Bain, Donna Blyden and Linda Russell. Nephews: Philip, Patrick, Ellis, Simeon , Stevie Major, Audley, Wendell, Gordon, Paul, Andrew, Earl, Craig and Mervyn Jr. Major, Nelson  and Peter Turnquest, Mark and Stephen Knowles, Keith Bullard, Dr. Munir Rashad, Adrian Russell, John Wells and Endel Adderley. Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians, #44 Nassau Street on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
