hird Annual "Adopt an Island Program," brings valuable
assistance to The Bahamas, and an opportunity to give good exposure to
guest institutions and tourism in the Bahamas.

The CRBERG is the only resource group that was unanimously accepted to
the Diversity Advisory Council in 1999. The group was formed as a
vehicle to educate AMR employees about the significant revenue
contributions of the Caribbean market and to implement a sensitivity
training course for all front line employees. Its Mission is to promote
an understanding of the diverse make-up of the Caribbean culture as it
relates to the profitability of AMR, its employees and its customers...
