By NEIL HARTNELL Tribune Business Editor Bahamas Ferries yesterday said it had introduced a $3 per ticket surcharge due to a "murderous" 35-40 per cent year-over-year increase in fuel costs, a senior executive warning that commodities "have the potential to drive us back" towards recession.
