Washington, DC - The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the Minister of Education of Bahamas, Desmond Bannister, with whom he shared perspectives on the challenges in the area of education and the support the hemispheric Organization offers students in Latin America and the Caribbean.
