NF_1714-ANIM.gif Nassau, Bahamas - A night of art, celebrating the heritage and stories of the Bahamian and Haitian cultures was held on May 20th at Jacaranda House. The artwork of Frederick Johnson III and Bernard Petit-Homme, Jackson Petit and Matthew Wildgoose was on display and guests were entertained by saxophonist from Haiti Mr. Bensax; The Region Bells; Rupp a pum pum drummer;  and Kompa and Goombay by DJ Michael Dupin. The event was hosted by Jerome Sawyer and remarks were given by Haitian Ambassador to the Bahamas, Antonio Rodrigue, and tribute was given  to Ernest "Lasido" Stubbs...
