BAHAMIAN contractors are "way down the food chain" on the Lynden Pindling International Airport re-development project, which the President of the Contractor's Association yesterday suggested has "steadily brought to light" all the reasons why the government must mandate Bahamian contractors involvement in FDI projects and pass the Contractor's Bill.
