Investigation into food stores chain continues

CUSTOMS Comptroller Glenn Gomez declined to say Robin Hood owner Sandy Schaeffer is likely to face any charges in connection with the ongoing investigation into his the chain of food stores.

"I would rather not say that at this time, but we are continuing with our investigation," Mr Gomez told The Tribune yesterday when asked for comment.

At the end of last month, police working in conjunction with Customs officers, raided the Tonique Williams-Darling Highway store around closing time, seizing a computer to aid in their investigation.
