The awards were presented March 9 at the 2011 Conference of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in Nevada. The conference attracted 800 real estate brokers, managers, relocation professionals, sponsors and guests from across the U.S. and eight countries worldwide.

Bahamas Realty was named the Top International Luxury Brokerage by Luxury Portfolio International™. The award is presented to the firm based outside of the U.S. that epitomizes the quality, strength and luxury market expertise synonymous with the Luxury Portfolio brand. In addition the company received the First Place Award in its category for Luxury Portfolio Marketing. This award recognizes the company that best utilizes the Luxury Portfolio branding in the marketing of its luxury properties and in the quality of its marketing materials.

Bahamas Realty CEO, Larry Roberts, was stunned when the announcement was made considering the many fine real estate companies that he felt were also worthy of the award. He attributes much of the success for getting the awards to the fine job that the company’s Marketing Coordinator, Kendenique Moxey, is doing in capitalizing on the considerable resources of the Luxury Portfolio brand.
