POLICE are investigating two armed robberies in which two stores - the A & D Power Buys on Faith Avenue and Margo's Convenience Store in Pinewood Gardens - were targeted.

A & D Power Buys off Carmichael Road was held up around 2.22pm on Wednesday.

A man wearing a white T-shirt and short gray jeans entered the store, armed with a handgun, and demanded cash.

The culprit robbed the establishment of an undetermined amount of money and fled on foot in an easterly direction on St Vincent Road.
