Prime Minister Ingraham, together with his hard-working staff, is to be congratulated for his thorough and comprehensive Communication of 8th February to the House of Assembly on the proposed sale of 51 per cent of BTC to Cable & Wireless (CWC), as carried in the recent 20-page supplement in your newspaper.

I know from personal experience the time and effort required to produce a document like this, which contains not only the persuasive policy in favour of the sale and the reasons for choosing CWC, but also all the relevant details about how the sale will be accomplished.
