Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Perry Christie (standing) enjoys a light moment with his Cabinet at the traditional pre-Christmas Luncheon at Government House, Mt. Fitzwilliam. In welcoming the Cabinet, Governor General Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling invited Ministers to reflect on the traditional pre-Christmas religious themes -- Hope, Joy, Love, and Peace, and she conveyed personal warm wishes to them and their families. The Prime Minister thanked her for her kind invitation, and assured that his Government was doing all possible to ensure that Hope, Joy, Love, and Peace are the hallmarks of the policies of the Government on behalf of all the people of The Bahamas.
