The hum and energy of construction work on dream homes is nothing new at Palm Cay. The 69-acre, luxury, gated residential community and marina has experienced strong sales and consistent construction over the past months. Palm Cay recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the third phase of its Anchorage townhomes. Top Builders, a local construction company, has been contracted to construct the buildings. With a starting price of $400,000, the two-and-three bedroom units were more than 65% per cent sold at the time of the groundbreaking, a trend consistent with the previous Anchorage phases.

“The Anchorage is a very popular and affordable option for people who want to live in a great community on the water and feel confident that they have made a solid investment, “said Richard Browning, General Manager at Palm Cay.

“The fact is, an increasing number of people, especially young professionals, are purchasing properties in eastern New Providence because they recognize the value. Based on what we are seeing, I think it’s a trend that will continue,” said Browning.
